NOMINATION Winter semester/whole year: 15th May
Spring semester: 10th November
STUDENT'S APPLICATION Winter semester/whole year: 1 May - 15 June
Spring semester: 1 November - 30 November
THE BEGINNING OF MOBILITY The first day of the "Welcome Days"
WELCOME DAYS Week before the first day of a new semester - presence obligatory
CHANGES TO LEARNING AGREEMENT The first two weeks of students stay at Ignatianum
PROLONGATION OF STAY
  • till 1st December inform Ignatianum IRO and submit the prolongation form
  • till 18th December send to Ignatianum IRO the draft version of the During the Mobility for the new semester
  • till 15th January bring to Ignatianum IRO the final version of the During the Mobility for the new semester signed by all three sides
THE END OF MOBILITY The last day of first examination period is the last day of mobility
